Twenty years ago, twenty coffee farming families in Salvador Urbina, Chiapas, Mexico said, “If we can control the price of our coffee, we can stay on our land.” And The Café Justo Company did just that! At the core of the Café Justo success story is something close to our hearts and in line with our charter: economic self-determination…and with their own Coffee House at their roasting facility in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, they are proving themselves leaders as they forge their own way, and making amazing coffee!
